Had fantastic customer care when getting an eye check, staff were attentive, friendly and professional. Michael helped advise on glasses and knew exactly what suited and what I wanted, he took time to help with any queries and his warm demeanour made the experience easy and fun. My glasses broke and I went in to see if they could be repaired.  Unfortunately they didn’t have the same frames so needed to get new glasses and a new sight test as I was overdue.

I had a phone call  the day before from Luke to confirm I was going to attend and he was very pleasant.  I was taken promptly when I arrived.  Sight test was done by Teresa who was really thorough.

Now came the “fun” bit of choosing frames . This is a real chore for me as I find it really hard to choose frames.  However, Teresa the manager was so helpful.  She was honest about what suited me and there was a great selection of frames to choose from.  Eventually I chose 2 pairs with the second on the buy one pair get second pair free. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Glasses are expensive but necessary for me day to day.  I had a wee moment when I got the cost but I did get a wee bit of discount that I appreciated and I was offered the option to pay half and then pay the rest next month on pick up which helps to spread the cost.

My husband went to eyeworld in Kennedy centre recently..... and to be honest I don't know why I didn't make an appointment sooner.
We both have had bad experiences in the past with a larger group of opticians..... but will 💯 be returning to eyeworld.
Teresa I think the girls name was who was the optician .....absolutely lovely lady.
One of the team looking after us was Carol.....she was so nice and very informative and honest.
